Then why does our govt. 'forced' all to be fully vaccinated, else cannot enter shopping malls, coffee shop, hawker centres and food courts.......also they need to be fully vaccinate before entering their workplace.....

It's an artifact of statistics. Those with chronic underlying illnesses are more likely to have taken the vaccine. So when the omicron hits the population, the weakest that need to be hospitalised will also be more likely to be those already vaccinated.

Vaccine can reduce chance catching virus, but not all types of vaccine are the same
Intranasal vaccine form antibodies at the gate of entry the nose and respiratory tract
works much better to prevent infection than that of jab type.

nasal spray is temporary and do not induce antibodies.
Intranasal vaccine induce antibodies.
Both can break transmission chain if exercise properly.
Antibodies also different types and at different location.
If the gate almost unguard of course virus can enter easily.
Many parties are developing it, even India busy building own Intranasal vaccine.
