Actually, NTUC seems out to cheat consumers in many locations.
My place has halal chicken cost $5 for 2 packs. Sounds like a good deal but often, the pieces is more like pigeon size.
That is why I never buy!

If label showed 224 grams and actual weight is 125 grams then something is clearly wrong........it is akin to cheating.....

What's the reporter trying to prove by checking the weight of the packs of chicken on the SEVENTH? So what if the weight tallies with the label then!
The supermarket had already rectified the problem by 6th , after the complaint went viral on 5th.
So the reporter failed badly in her attempt to convince us that there's no problem there

I already said many times only courageous ppl will admit their mistake. When such issue happens, you must immediately stand up to admit is your mistake if you know it is your wrong doing, as your SOP has loophole.
Otherwise it will tarnish your reputation badly, just like what happen to OCBC scam saga as the login is too insecured.
