When people mention on getting ISO management system such as ISO9001:2015, ISO22000 , ISO45001 ，ISO14001 and ISO27001.

And get accredited certified ?🤔🤔

Some view it as a tool for office and workplace harassment.

I think one reason people may resist 3rd party management system audits is because they can be seen as a disruption to their current processes and workflow. Additionally, implementing and maintaining a management system can require a significant investment of time and resources. However, it's important to remember that these audits and certifications can bring many benefits such as improved efficiency and increased credibility for the organization. In the same way, implementing a CRM software can bring many benefits for the company's customer relations and management. It's a matter of weighing the costs and benefits and determining what is best for the organization in the long run.
