First foremost , u must have the passion, a call to do good n help ,save humanity .
The most difficult job is actually becoming a judge.
This is what I have learnt from I Ching.
Could you imagine you have made a mistake and send an innocent person to death sentence. This will have bad karma for the Judge. Nobody can escape from Karma according to I Ching.

Have few lawyer friends who said they would reject the job if given an offer to become a judge. It is against Buddha's teaching to send people to the gallows.

Your lawyer friends are very smart.
prospective students hv to be screened for several diseases like hiv, hep b, hep c, mmr and etc.

if one is positive or even have recovered, would be rejected. so check early so won't be disappointed at the last minute
only specialists in thes few fields make millions

But the poor victim is already dead. Finished. Gone.

What bad karma for the judge is speculative and no dire consequences compared to the poor dead victim.

In my free time, which is quite a lot now, I have read quite a few judgments.

There were a lot of questionable, unjust and biased decisions/judgements.

Wondering what are the avenues and channels to point out these injustices?
