PAP job portal by WSG is worst than private job portals 

MyCareersFuture is FREE . . .that is why no standards.

As a Govt portal, they should uphold standards themselves, so that they can be respected and trusted.

Yet, PAP overpay themselves also, no standard.

#1. It started of with intention to serve FTs so that MOM can issue Employment Pass.

So, Companies just add nonsense irrelevant skills so that FTs get the job

while they can say we do not fit

#2. And some companies demand that candidates know their in- house/ customised / rarely used software

so that we cannot get the job-

#3. This foreign MNC lagi sart.

Require us to write traditional chinese when our education does not even have traditional characters.

This way, their own Taiwanese can get the job, lor.

#4. Useless WSG still dare to create a job application status page.

But the companies do not use it.

So, most of the time, we do not know if we are KIV, Rejected or they put up the job posting for fun.

I called to check, and WSG tell me to call the Company to ask instead.

SMLJ Grandstand is that??

Waste our money to create such a portal that is useless.

#5 Govt also added a pop- out for instant feedback.

Another look good but totally useless rubbish.

Waste tax payers money and job searches time only.

They only want to hear their Class 95 Music and will ignore all the rest.

#6. Why there is no report on how many candidates got a job via CareersFuture ?

#7.  It is TRUE! PAP encourages Age Discrimination

Provide type of degree because some employers need that
But there is NO NEED to provide year of graduation because employer do not need
