Today's weather forecast: 24 degrees C, and Mostly cloudy.  A good day to go brisk walking, jogging and swimming.

I vaccinated yesterday. I just finished running 5km. Later I going out buy a big lunch.

Amidst the cold weather think of the homeless without shelter n blanket ... they r freezing in the cold n hungry too

You are supposed to rest after the vaccination, at least go casual walking but jogging is a no no......My friend who when brisk walking after being jabbed 2 days earlier now is suffering from blood clot, and will be out of action for 3 months.........

I do take pity on them, as they stayed and sleep in make shift houses, and is subjected to the bitter cold.......God have mercy.....
