No lah, not easy to make, my ex-colleague is a Cantonese, every day after work he rushed home to make porridge for his wife. Laughing

It takes 2-3 hours to slowly cook the porridge.
Must be civil servant job so free to cook.

Looks delicious, feel hungry even after taking my lunch.......
For me I prefer century egg cook it with the porridge until both are blend together giving you a truly century egg porridge taste.
