no lah................only the people in the Russian Far East might be.........

they're mainly Slavic people................some from Scandic countries..............some are migrants from Germany................

Russia has virtually all kinds of resources...............in massive quantities..............

Russians have been ruled by Mongolians for 200 years and had mixed blood with Mongolians. No wonder Europeans look down on them and dunt regard them as Europeans.

Western, central and Northern Europeans are very racists.

1. If you are Slavic people, they look down on you.
2. If you are Muslim like Albanians, Bosnians or Turks, they look down on you.
3. If you are not pure, mixed Asian blood like Finns, Hungarians, Estonians and Russians, they look down on you
4. If you have dark skin and mixed Arabic or African blood like southern Italians, Sicilians and Maltese, they look down on you
