accordingly to one of my frens who was a former .... proceeding on one charge is enough to convict him. Afterall you can't hang a man twice.
Very sad case. The family lost so much.

I opt to view the murder from a different angle.

1 these two boys are autism and some more hyperactive and hard to focus. It is extremely difficult for the parents and i really salute the parents to be able to tahan for 11 years.

I used to have a neighbor with a autism child. Every day he played a monotone music could really drive me nuts. Imagine they have two of these extreme.

Not only that, couple with the covid work from home -- one has to work and cannot focus because of the two problematic kids at home??? Has any one any compassion for the parents. IT could be the man sacrificed himself for the whole family to prevent them from suffering further, any take on this???
yes should be let free

anyway he still suffer
albeit in other way
no need to punish twice
who would choose to kill if can

but why 2nd child
what happen to 1st child

Unlikely to be sentenced to death.

I think better to sentence him to death. If not he'll suffer more alive, everyday thinking about how he murdered his sons.
Every time I read the case, I feel utmost sympathy for this man. I hope he can be pardon as otherwise the family will suffer even more.
If he really hv the heart to murder his sons, he will make it look like an accident
So sad ending with it...

Absolutely. He some more called the police and hand him in
He should be allowed to serve his remaining life at his own will. After all, he has been "imprisoned" for too long.
