Have you seen overly sized tummy in tight bike shirts having coffee and breakfast?
I see so many of them. Cycling in full outfit but really more for the look and not for the keeping fit part...
Seriously if you want to loose the fats, don't start with cycling. Don't try to look fit in outfit when your tummy is spilling out or trying hard to be contained in the tight outfit...
Start by eating more meat and vegetables. Then hit the gym to do weights to train up muscles. Muscles burn more energy than fats...
Then when your body is in a better condition, you go cardio training with slow jogs and then get in shape for your cycling gear and outfit.
So funny to see penguins in full gear fumbling in their biking shoes... No core muscles how to balance well...
You don't even need to hit the gym. You just need a wall and you can do 2 great exercises for a month and you will be so different...
Exercise 1
Sleep flat on the ground with your ass touching the wall and your legs raised against the wall straight. Keep in that position and practice slow simple breathing for 15mins.
Exercise 2
Back against the wall and feels at shoulder wide. Slide down till your thigh makes a 90 degree as if you are seated on an invisible chair. Keep in that position for as long as you can, increase the time as you progress over the days.
Just 2 exercises or 3 sets in morning and evening. Do it for a month and come back to me of it doesn't work.

Why worry about the things that are unknown and beyond your control? Relax and enjoy life.
I see Grab Uncles with tummy on bicycles wobbling.
Sometimes I wonder if the food will spill anot.
I saw many. Thosuand dollar bikes...hundred dollar bike shoe and bike accessories...expensive helmets and sunglass and bike shirts and tights...
But most of them looks like Old fark Adults big belly tummy drinking at coffee shops...haha
