it is one of the easiest hawker food to make yourself. don't know why so many people like to queue up for a long time.

with pork lard and deep fried sole fish 烤板鱼, taste very nice

Must eat with nice chilli.

very hard leh…i always end up the noodle absorb all the soup…maybe fire too weak or never put enough oil
