statement is rubbish

it is strained because govt remove measures and this cause cases to surge.
it is not due to people going to hospital for nothing....

as cases rose and things got worse they remove measures worsening the situation.

now they push the blame to citizens

correct.

it will continue to get worse if the measures are not tightened.

PAP is totally responsible for the deaths and COVID surge.
You need to get some medicine to ease your symptoms. You still need to see doctor.

They cause the strain of the healthcare system but blame us.

They made the mistakes but we are punished again.

Are they protecting the system instead of protecting us?

The culprits for this strain......
1) Ministry of Finance. Wants more money to revive the economy.
2) Ministry of Transport. Allows more flights from South Asia cuntry.
3) Ministry of Manpower. Allowing more FT inbound to replace our locals.
