A few lessons they can learn from Singapore
1. Form alliance with neighbor's. For us is ASEAN for Ukraine it is NATO. Without a strong alliance bigger countries can threaten and destabilise and take territory.
2. Invest in defense. Build up deterrent capabilities to counter.
3. Maintain strong friendly relations with strong countries with common interests including trade ties and investments. Once there is economic interest they will be interested in your survival.

They can never be strong enough because they are now dealing with Russia.
NATO is not a good comparison with ASEAN. They should form a new alliance of former Soviet block countries.
I already said, want to join any alliance, go join SCO
Confirm Russia will not touch them

Why you tell Ukraine to spend money building defence when you vehemently objected to Singapore's allocation of budget for defense? You always advocated that everything can be settled through diplomacy and Singapore should stop spending on defence and abolish NS. You really prata man.......
