Before he decided to invade, he would have taken all mitigations. Also Fatty Xi will still trade with him.

They will have to sanction China too because China will continue trading with Russia. If this happens, situation will be very bad for all. It is a lose lose case.... lets see how it pans out......

I think this sanction was ordered by Biden without UN voting and a few porlumpar Western countries like UK supported. Whatever lah, China had agreed "No Limit" co-operation with Russia already. So business as usual for Russia and China.......
