Actually both don't know for sure.
The first day plunge and rebound is expected behavior.
What happen next depends on how things proceed.

My strategy is yo look for extreme opportunity as they occur....things you cannot buy super cheap if not for the war.

One example is Russia stocks ...these are very cheap and got cheaper
