She has no freedom to express herself meh?

This is not a moral problem nor a legal problem. 

It is a political problem and the real dark hand behind is America. 

First, NATO manipulated by USA is moving eastern to a few eastern Europe and in the last 20 years already reached Poland with missiles already in Poland. It does not stop though Russia had called for stop. But NATO refused. The latest move is to include Ukraine and to put missiles in Ukraine just in Russia's door step. It is a national security problem for Russia.   

2. USA Biden made it clear for Russia to have a small war in Europe. The purposes are two.
A. A war in Europe will get capital and fund to run away from Europe to USA especially now Fed is about to raise interest rates. USA hope to attract capital and fund and to create a financial crisis in Europe like what happened in 1997 in Asia so that Wall St will gain big by cutting Europe's carrot head.
B. A war will make EU to be obedient to US and to hope for protection from US. As can be seen, EU is now more and more distancing from US and doesn't want to listen to US command.   

So it is not a simple moral nor a legal problem.

How you see it as Putin following Biden script? 

1. Biden first declare 16 Feb as the date. But Putin didn't do it. Then Biden declared 20 Feb. Putin didn't. 

2. Putin told NATO long time ago that it cannot expand further to the eastern side and it would start war. Again, it is not following Biden.

3. Biden said just a small war will do. But Putin made it big. Putin even declare it could be nuclear war. 

I can't see your points as valid.
