Is not true, I feel the Malay and Indian rather " rot inside " than brave enough to move out perhaps start own business or look for better job etc.
I don't mind all of them don't dare to move out, i do know some Malays quit their job inside public sectors/stat boards and venture into own business or work in different line all good so far and even better than " rot inside " still inside public sector.
Indonesia booming can go and try.

Pee.YouBee retrenched a lot of people in some depts, the whole team is gone, only left a few, workload is doubled up…those who lost jobs are still searching for jobs.
