Govt not proud at all to reveal their own achievements show their tails and thus, hiding these Citizens vs PRs data is the only resort.
It will not tear our unity apart once they can remove some of the FTs and PRs. In fact, it will unite this country and forge a better tomorrow.
Which begs the question- Isnt our Future important?? Only with data than we know if Govt has performed better in 2000, 2005 or 2018.
