President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky once again called on Western partners to close the skies over Ukraine to stop missile strikes by Russia and Belarus. He made the statement on Sunday, March 6, during an urgent video appeal after a rocket attack on Vinnytsia airport. "We repeat every day: close the skies over Ukraine. Close for all Russian missiles, combat aircraft, for all these terrorists. Create a humanitarian air zone. No missiles, no air bombs," he said.
The President of Ukraine stressed that protecting people is a "humanitarian duty", calling on Western politicians to account.
