Poles debadge their Migs. Put in Ukr badge. Fly them to the nearest airbase. Ukr pilot take over.
There is serious problem to this.
1. All 16 airbases are under Russ control & / or bombed. A makeshift airstrip somewhere near the Poland border nd to be constructed. Migs can land anywhere even on grass strip. But refueling, repairs, rearming?
2. The minute they enter Ukr airspace, Russ will strike them mid air or on land to make an example for all to see.
So these are no good options. Except, they make use of Poland airbase. But that means Poland entering the war against Russ.

I used to ask myself: Why not Russia?
After seeing how Russia flopped in this invasion of Ukraine, I have stopped asking.
Russia's military power was grossly over-estimated.
Putin should have kept his poker game on, and let everybody think that he has a powerful army.
By invading Ukraine, he pawned himself and let the world realise that the Russians ain't really that good fighters...except that they have WMD which they dare not use anyway.
If WMD are not to be used, and when the US said it has a MOAB (Mother of all bombs), Russia said it has the FOAB (the father).
