Companies do not accept if you are willing to take pay cut
Because they say you will resign vey easily

3. Must be same age Group
Because companies want synergy

saw Minister of MOM claim " Get foreigner with Special Skills " instead " Open the door to ANYONE "

I was ??? zzzzz this is what people always keep mention , he just repeat what others claim years back which people keep mention how Gov approve these so call " foreigner talents, like any tom, dick , harry also can apply easily come SG worst using fake degree "
