DESPITE rising private home prices, a freehold project in Potong Pasir hasn’t got onto the bandwagon but instead, is giving discounts to buyers of certain units.

After the price cuts, Myra's 474 sq ft one-bedroom units will be sold at a median price of S$1.41 million, according to a flyer seen by BT.

My bad ...so why Potong pasir so hot?
it used to be around 2000 to 2200 psf. now even woodleigh residences which is further up north and leasehold, already at that price range

that's why D9 new freehold below 3000 psf not expensive and must grab
still over price.
