More cash calls to raise $$ to buy overvalued property from the sponsors.
There are many inherent conflicts in the REITs structure that has not been addressed
Why should I even put money in an investment that is managed by someone whose decision I cannot trust and have t check if the acquisition is accretive or not.
That shouldn't even be an issue if our interests are aligned.

buy reit for dividend is bad idea, u end up paying them dividend, and reit hardly soar,
buy beaten down tech stock will be more profitable long run.
