As Russia intensifies its atrocities and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky pleads for stronger US support, Biden finds himself in a bind.

That fellow is an actor good in acting.
To him, its more important in his presentation and receive standing ovation. 
But this is a war.
He has no clue how to go about except screaming for help.
