Despite both, PM Hun Sen and PM Lee are long term good friends, this is totally unexpected.
And in addition to Singapore's UN ambassador unilateral speech to complicate matters and causing further embarassment.
Current PAP cannot lead ASEAN because PAP failed to lead Singapore
I agree that PAP only represent their own Stat Boards and GLCs
Their Skills Future cert is not recognized by foreign MNCs
NEA Digital subsidy only supports own hawker centers
Most CECA children attend India International Schools and not our public schools
