Don't know then u still anyhow say? Nationality refers to whether u r citizen of which country. For example, if u r citizen of Singapore, then u r Singaporean, if u r citizen of Malaysia then u r Malaysian and so on. Race refers to your race, whether u r Chinese, Malay,  Indian Eurasian, etc. U can be Singaporean Chinese, Singaporean Malay, Singaporean Indian etc. So from the picture u cannot tell the nationality. From the colour of the skin, the woman is Asian and could be but not necessary, Chinese race. Korean and Japanese and the same colour of skin. So don't jump to conclusions just based on the picture.
