乌克兰战争一打，欧洲的能源格局就全乱了。欧洲25%的石油、40%的天然气、45%的煤炭来自俄罗斯，现在要减少，美英站着说话不腰疼，欧盟也要统一立场，在2030年前完全摆脱俄罗斯能源。只有德国还不甘从命，德国55%的天然气都来自俄罗斯。
美国与欧盟打成协议，年底前增加向欧洲供应150亿立方米天然气，加上现有的220亿立方米，加起来370亿立方米。但这只有欧洲每年从俄罗斯进口的1550亿立方米的1/4不到。美国保证2030年前向欧洲供应500亿立方米，依然只有俄罗斯天然气的1/3。欧洲在向卡塔尔增购，但卡塔尔的天然气都是长期合同，现有产量不能转售，增产则填不满这个大窟窿。.....
不过天然气还是解决不了，欧洲还不知道怎么最后解决天然气问题。
俄罗斯也不让欧洲气定神闲地摆脱，普京已经要求一周内出台政策，“不友好国家”将只能用卢布支付俄罗斯的石油和天然气。欧盟和G7拒绝了，并指责俄罗斯违反合同。这是荒唐的。欧美可以制裁为名任意减少从俄罗斯购买的石油、天然气，俄罗斯当然可以反制裁为名改变支付方式。对于欧盟来说，手头没有卢布，要么从货币市场上买卢布支付，托高卢布币值，抵消制裁威力，要么通过中国、印度等俄罗斯友好国家购买卢布，也要托高卢布币值。欧盟坚持拒绝用卢布支付，就看欧盟的嘴硬，还是俄罗斯按在管道龙头上的手硬了。欧盟要用拒买俄气勒死俄罗斯，就别怪俄罗斯抢先用断气冻死、勒死欧洲了。
俄罗斯的这一政策不仅是给欧盟出难题，也是保护自己。欧盟可以在收下俄罗斯石油、天然气后，把付款打入被冻结的俄罗斯银行账号，美元和欧元只进不出，一方面欧洲没有违约，另一方面俄罗斯还是拿不到钱。用卢布结算就避免了这种可能性。
俄罗斯的石油、天然气将大批转向中国，少量转向印度。.....
中国天然气来源主要是澳大利亚、卡塔尔、美国，俄罗斯天然气大增后，澳大利亚和美国估计就要被置换了。澳气现在与美气竞争日韩市场，可能会置换美气，而美气去欧洲。
这样，能源市场分为东西方两大板块，倒是脱钩了，只有中东两头均沾了。
能源板块脱钩的结果是，美国赚了，加拿大也赚了，澳大利亚可能持平，俄罗斯看中国是否把欧洲的份额都吃下来，是的话，持平，否则要缩减一点，但中国最赚。...
天然气是碳氢燃料，但也是自然界里最低碳的燃料，是无碳化的必要过渡。俄气将大大减轻中国无碳化的压力，短期内，俄煤还可以补足中国的煤炭需求。过去铁路是往西重车、往东空车。现在往东可能比往西更重，要运不过来了。煤炭、铁矿砂、粗钢、石油都要竞争铁路运力。可能需要大力加建通过中亚、蒙古的铁路，现有的不够用了。
欧洲是最大的输家。低价的俄罗斯石油、天然气没有了，被迫用高价的美国液化气和卡塔尔甚至澳大利亚液化气，石油也要舍近求远。无碳的光电、风电要大发展，则要求中国。....
美国在能源这一块是赚了，但更大的经济方面与欧洲连得很紧。欧洲病了，美国不可能独善其身。北约活过来了，但美国要保持领导，必须付出比欧洲更多，否则被“篡权”都不一定。美国的首要战略对手依然是中国，但欧洲“临阵脱逃”了，美国独力能压得住中国崛起吗？
