I find his his nonchalent speech repulsive. What does he mean rules are just rules? He is a Minister and can get easily away by breaking the rules, but not us! This type of Minister cannot lead Singapore.
Laws and rules are designed to maintain order, mimimise dangers and protect our lives. If he is not serious about these rules, then he set them just to beautify his own credentials?
