An eg : FT accountant from Malaysia are getting pay at sg$4k we shall use country salary waveband and convert to sg$ to pay them . If in their country an accountant are getting pay rm4k we shall match to it. Convert the RM4k to pay them in sing dollar.

First the locals banks of Companies must be able to issue foreign currency here
Then the FTs must open a special bank account for foreign currency here

that those mad about rental? A lot HDB owners, even condo rent their flat, condo to Malaysian and is collecting SIN Dollars.
but they also got owned. What I know MY rather buy a resale flat than renting from locals of course provided they PR.

Should let all Employers know of this benefit and pay FTs in their home currency. Maybe can use PayNow as it has currency conversion selection for a few countries like India.

FTs will love it and they just convert to SGD for portion of their salaries to be used in Singapore. With lesser salary, they pay lesser income tax, too.
