Why the father so blur. Letting a four year old tolder play with a bulldog. The child may have agitated the dog by being rough with the dog. Never let a child alone with a dog unattended if its not your own family dog.Ā I have always frowned on children running in front of dogs or imitating their barking. Dogs are like human. They will react according to their feel of yr actions.
Dogs can be unpredictable. The boy was probably fearful so the dog attacked. Owner liable for sure.
