Police need to ask 'difficult questions' but victims shouldn't be made to repeat telling of sex crimes, say volunteers

“The questions are not intended to impute responsibility on the victims. They are necessary to ensure investigations are conducted objectively and can withstand the scrutiny of court proceedings,” said Superintendent of Police Cindy New.
