I thot got very gamey taste

They feed on koi fish... should be very atas meat.

I think should be very yummy if slice the meat into thin pieces and eat raw with soy sauce and wasabi. Can go with warm sake....

What does it taste like

good , start eating them or otters from cute become a problem with the growing populations. swim here swim there. eat everywhere. no know will bring disease like rats or not. they loom like over size rats to me.
