HDB flats over $1m a clear sign of runaway inflation.
It means that most prefer staying in HDB flats than in condo.
Maybe because Condo got so many restrictions, it is like staying in small prison cells

We're becoming more and more like Hong Kong. Nowadays not only are the flats expensive but the new ones are getting smaller. Not many new 5-room in mature estates.
