Got shortcut. Check utube. You need to grind the rice before cooking

I ate three meals already. One hour later I want eat again.

My conclusion is hawker food if same price get 30%less. If want same amount just pay 30%more. More to come. Hawker go out and for utility also pay more. Ingredients cost at wet market also go up by 10-20%.
