wanted to attend some  useful courses but no more skills future fund.
whereas many of my elderly  friends still hv >$500 not interested to attend any course.
this is really a mismatch how to solve?

I have waited for more than 3 years for my course

but class size too small

But on the 4th year,

the course was no longer offered!!!
