China Mobile, a super-large central telecommunications company in China, recently confirmed that it has recently implemented a new regulation in two provinces, that is, "receiving international calls or text messages from Hong Kong , Macao and Taiwan by default ". 

The reason is that "to prevent overseas phone fraud, protect "Customer property safety", and if customers need to answer overseas calls or text messages, they must confirm and register with "China Mobile" within the time limit. Currently, Henan and Zhejiang provinces are affected.
