1) Former residents and subtenants who resided in the block from October 2020 will be contacted via phone call in June 2022
2) MOH was notified on Mar 2 of seven tuberculosis cases involving residents living at Block 2, Jalan Bukit Merah.
3) The screening will be conducted free of charge between May 27 and May 31.

Screen only that block but those infected may spend 10 hrs working or 4 hours sitting at the hawker center and spreading outside the family.
With mask wearing being not mandatory now, many infected cases are spreading TB germs via coughing and talking freely.
