Is an old video. The lady forced open the door because her autistic daughter was in the train...So the drastic move.

On second look, this woman appeared desperate to get into that train. May be she left some important thing in the train while disembarking or a naughty small kid she was looking after ran into the train?......

The force of her friendship was so strong, that she mustered the strength to force open the platform doors. Despite getting stuck between the train and platform gap momentarily, she then successfully opened the MRT doors.

As amazing as that sounds, do note that this behaviour is highly discouraged, for safety reasons.
