Wow this looks like such a scumbag move. After businesses kept alive by borrowing millions to stay afloat during the pandemic, the land lord suddenly say want to re-tender to highest bidder once pandemic is over and they believe they can get higher rent.
Why not let the tenant know they intend to re-tender so they don't burn away all their savings and end up in debt.
It's very unethical and sets the wrong example for landlords in Singapore
