So far only few , Why? Because Pm lee already mention he going to do CABINET RESHUFFLE yet again will be announce next month which is coming soon.
Actually those Ministers been reassign BY Now already know which Ministry they will be assign to.
I reshuffle my own cabinet once in a while. If not it will get messy and stale.

Reshuffle but no housekeeping done would still retain moulds, stains and smell. The same mess still exist as plagues in our lives.
