what I know is not just simply clean dish only for sure. 3k??? that is consider an office guy wage who in the company work at least few year to have this kind of wages.

It is time for the world to adopt a flatter pay structure, where the gap between the rich and the poor is narrower.

Big restaurants should pay more as more work to do.

Big restaurants likely have dishwashing machines and dishwashers only need to load the machines and stack.

Maybe $5K i can consider.
