I got colleagues who emailed on Saturday night and Sunday. This kind of email is meaningless. Just send for the sake of sending and to wayang only. Nothing is urgent unless it involve life and death.

Friday knock off from work early by 30 mins so call " Family Day "

than if anything urgent is ok just call back take urgent leave. Most of the time the management will not say anything BUT of course don't always rah.

than got parent care leave, child care leave, exam leave

Of course for Private sectors also got these but " vary "
