When compulsory outdoors some people and I didn’t wear it properly or didn’t wear at all. Depends on the place lah, those not crowded places they don’t really care lah.

Last week saw an old man inside shopping mall with mask on chin and two police officers talking to him. One of them asked him ‘Li si simi tachi li ka wa kong’. Later saw the man again with mask on chin singing Cantonese opera song. Maybe they let him go, really don’t know.
