Haven't kept up with graphics performances but want yo buy one mainly for gaming.

Found this laptop there are a versions one can flip the screen 360 degrees $469 and $600+ for the other one. Specs are the same.

The RX Vega 8 graphics can play most games?
Anyone use before?

Depends on what games you're playing. Vega 8 isn't a good GPU and 8GB ram is too little imo. If don't need to move around, still better to buy a desktop. More value for money.
