There is a standard of what each screw can carry how much load? Just do a simple calculation and divide 2 shd be quite safe already.

50 screws to take the load of 100kg. So each screw takes 2 kg load. Should be enough depending on the size and SWL of each screw......
Now it does not matter whether they had used 50 screws or 100 screws. The fact is the false ceiling collapsed. The owner had been screwed by the contractor who themselves got screwed eventually.
Some types of screw once embedded cannot come out. either the poor quality of the ceiling cement or the wrong use of screw types. 100kg for a false ceiling is already a cause for alarm.

Can tell that you speak from experience. You are probably in a line of work which has to work with such materials. But talking about nursing homes, that is not your area. Stay out and don't make a fool of yourself anymore there.

if using the right screws, 4 should be enough.
That light piece looks heavy. This type cannot anchor on the false ceiling but must anchor on actual ceiling and go thru the ceiling board leh...

You won't get 304. It is expensive. Just normal iron type
