The Govt now is too happy with their iron rice bowl and high salary so there is no reason for them to plan properly nor take accountability. I doubt any improvements will be made in the next few years too. We need “ hungry” Ministers not those now.

Because they already have " strong connection behind " aka " confirm votes " whenever come GE.
UNLESS ALL the people united to vote opposition but come voting Surely got mix votes. As long there are another half vote for PAP on top with those " confirm votes behind " Again PAP hold the ruling power.
