His wife quite pretty but look old

Food price will also increase lo. Customers will fleed
This is how the system works....
1. First owner profited $41.6m - X (X is the amount he bought earlier) by selling to this new owner.
2. New owner made the stall holders pay for his purchase by increasing rents by 2 fold.
3. Stall holders pay for their rents by increasing food prices.
Conclusion is consumers pay the 1st owner the obscene profit of $41.6m - X.....

This coffee shop was famous in Tampines for selling the most expensive coffee previously but now I am not sure.

But all parties have a choice..
1) New owner has a choice not to buy
2) Shall holders have a choice to pull out after rental increase
3) Consumers have a choice to buy from other coffeeshops around the area

Businessmen look at profits
Charities look after the heart.
Authority should implement heavy profit and sale tax on kopitiam foodcourt and food establishment to safeguard food prices from undue increase because these speculators are driving up burden on households expenses

Must complain to your MP - Cheng Li Hui
Over at this precinct, 4 are Malay coffeeshops and only 2 are Chinese coffeeshops
Look at Street 82, Tampines Point West, so many large Chinese coffeeshops, at least 6 of them and at least 3 Malay coffeeshops.
Cheng Li Hui is obviously NOT doing her job, just know how to baby carrying.
