I have found in one news article that says "CONDO RESALE PRICES RISE FOR 22ND STRAIGHT MONTH IN MAY, MORE UNITS SOLD" in Bussiness Times. By this news article we can say that resale prices are slowly increasing and in future also there is a chance to increase prices. So this is the right time to buy property. If you invest in property in future you can make profit.
