Authority find out why?

Could be illegal ebikes charging, citizens non citizens PR and foreigners renting premises but don't know about safety issues staying in high rise example cooking with open fires etc etc

Only 3 room flat n smaller can throw out key

Best is to install smoke detector

Looks like nobody in the house except the two toddlers in the living room. So smoke detectors are useless when no one in the house. If want to install better install water sprinklers to automatically spray water when heat detected......

Living room and kitchen does it look awful on ceiling?
The fire happened around 10 pm plus should be people around or else by time fire engine arrive already roasted that was why the toddlers were rescued

Bigger flat only a small area for main door to common corridor while rest of the windows are not on corridors build another door to jump out ?

Yours is old type  windows if to install new type of sliding windows  u can climb out easily no need extra door

Prison never had fire. Maybe should just jail all Singaporeans. Then lots of land to be redevelopment (ex HDB) for foreigners to enjoy. Waiting for LHL to say most fire caused by Singaporeans (just like when he said most crimes by Singaporeans)..
