Authority should do the following:
1. Surface the symptoms so that anyone not only those at BM can go to a doctor to determine if he or she has TB. Simply because TB is contagious and can be deadly.
2. Mandatory TB scan for all foreigners, visitors or work permits. For permit holder (even EP) to have regular TB scan, ie upon arrival, one week later, one month later, once every 3 months, and then once every 6 months. The levy that govt collected comes to good use here.
3. Trace together should be in place for places where close contact occurs, I.e. geylang, ktv, pubs.
